Our coaching offering is about skilfully asking questions, setting clear goals, and guiding candidates and clients through a journey of growth and transformation. We follow the integral coaching methodology, which takes the whole of the individual into account, focussing on all dimensions of experience: emotion, thoughts, language, body, culture, belief systems.

Integral coaching focusses on developing insights, and new competencies, across all areas of life. The approach focuses on a thorough assessment based on a developmental model, followed by tailored self-reflections and practices aimed at generating new insights and behaviours.

Tracey’s expertise lies in dealing with the difficulties felt when facing significant moments of change. She aims to help those facing these moments to navigate them with renewed confidence, lessening the associated anxiety and turmoil, and transforming these times into powerful opportunities for growth.

We look closely at why this is a worthwhile effort, where would the client be if this goes well, how is this connected with what fulfils the client  and essentially, what is the point of this time in the client’s life journey. We look at execution vs strategy – no matter how successful one is at carrying out a plan, what matters is having a good plan in the first place. Our coaching offering  is about helping clients become more clearsighted about what is obvious, as we can be blind to that at times.
