TRACEY LINCOLN

Tracey Lincoln is the founder and Managing Director of Lincoln & Associates Recruiting Professionals Pty Ltd. With a BA Honours and HDE from the University of Cape Town, along with an IMM Diploma, Tracey brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the recruitment industry.

Her career began as an English and History teacher before transitioning into the advertising and marketing sector, where she excelled as an Account Director at TBWA Hunt Lascaris. She later joined an HR outsourcing solutions group, serving as a Director for eight years.

In 2005, Tracey established Lincoln & Associates, focusing on recruitment at middle,  senior and executive management levels in the renewable energy, financial services, FMCG and technology sectors. She then expanded her skills by completing an Associate Coaching Certification at the University of Cape Town’s Graduate School of Business, enabling her to offer  career and transitions coaching services to clients.
